Hi,
How are you? Was there a previous trauma to your head and neck? Headaches can be primary or secondary headache. Primary includes tension, migraine and cluster headaches while secondary refers to headaches caused by underlying conditions such as tumors or anatomical issues. If your medications do not work, you should inform your doctor and further evaluation may be indicated. Blood tests and scan as mentioned above can be done to determine the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
If this is a new problem- you never had headaches before- then you need full workup. Blood tests, urine tests, and a scan (mri preferably if you are under 65yrs). Go back...this is not on!
