help. Chronic Migraines lightheadedness

I am a 23 yr old male. I suffer from chronic migraines and/or cluster headaches.  I am currently seeing multiple doctors but they cannot find out what is wrong with me. I have an appointment with a neurologist but it's still down the road. i have been waiting nearly 7 months tho. the pain is nearly constant. i have had this for about a year now. i have a high tolerance to drugs so no pain meds work and I often don't sleep so i suffer throughout the night. When i do sleep i wake up i feeling awful often coughing up a lung. sometimes to the point where i vomit. they have done a MRI but nothing. lately i have been getting very lightheaded. kinda floaty, Previously when i was walking home one night i was hospitalized when i passed out in a parking lot and smacked my head. i am distraught with the idea it might happen again. my nose is a constant annoyance. it runs often even when i am not sick.  i do have a head trauma from my youth where i cracked my head open. but they assured me it was not the issue. if anyone could help me at all it would be very appreciated.

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the MRI was clear. This narrows the differentials to primary headaches such as migraine, cluster or tension headaches. These can be managed by rest, ice packs, avoidance of triggers and prescription medications. Persistent or recurrent colds or runny nose may signify allergic reaction or sinus issues as well and you may also benefit from ENT consult. Take care and do keep us posted.

You need to be seen by a doctor sooner than months down the road.   Are you here in the States?  If so, you can  get in to see someone quicker.  You may very well have brain and spinal damage.  I don't know because I'm not a doctor and you need to see one, soon!
