hi my name is sarah and for more than 2 years now ive had extremely worsening headaches which causes me to collapse because of the pain, ive had lumber punctures and scans but no one will tell me why i feel so much pain 24-7 its killing me i can hardly stand without falling over im forever in fevers but inside i feel cold as ice, my partner is scared because i stop breathing when ive collapsed for minutes.
sometimes the only thing i can do is sleep but even that is difficult because it hurts so much im in agony ive been hospitalized many times and been sent home cause they dont know why im like this, please i dont want to be in bed everyday and i want rid of this constent pain, ive tried nearly every tablet in the sun and nothing has helped, i really need advice what to do im at my wits end, please help

Have they tested your catecholamines?   Your plasma free metanephrines?  Your 24 hour metanephrines?  Have they done a nuclear medicine test to check the function of your heart under stress and at rest?  In all your scans- have you had an MRI of your pituitary with contrast?
