  Hi...have u tried keeping a journal?

I know it may not sound like a big answer to a huge problem, but it may be a little way to find a  pattern to a trigger.

Keep track of what u eat, what u do, and how u feel..give the pain a # scale...and see if what u do and eat correlates with how u feel and if u change things , like eliminate some foods how do u do then...the journal will help ur drs narrow down what is going on. Make sure to keep track of new item s u use as well like shampoos just in case it is an allergy, and all meds and supplements like vitamins.

Hi,
How are you? I'm sorry to hear what you have been through. How were the test results? What was the management plan made by your doctors? Aside from medications prescribed for your headache, complementary and alternative medicine including biofeedback, acupuncture and other relaxation techniques may also help. Discuss this with your doctor for proper management. I know how hard it must be to have this headache all the time but hang on and stay positive always. Take care and do keep us posted.

achilles:i have been trying to keep record of the foods i eat and i also can't have processed foods and artificial sweeteners without feeling nausea and headaches.i am female and i will look into endometriosis, theres so much that goes on with my body and the way i feel it sometimes scaring and im an active person whom enjoys the fun things in life and i have slowed down and i really need to get back on track.theres also a hard lump on my left shoulder that pains alot and gets worse when i get my periods,i have gone to the doc for that and a neurologist and they say its because of my headaches.

selma:the food diary is really good it helps me feel better at times because i basically don't eat much now cause alot of foods make me feel that way which is also difficult to keep away from so much of food.thanks for the advice.

rowena:bloods came back fine just vitamin d low,but i also had a problem with my gp whom gave my medical insurance false diagnosis so she was claiming without my consent,so the medical insurance is know refusing to pay out for my last visit to a specialist, sio now thats another stress to my life to have get legall advice and coimplain to the medical board.

Hi,
Thanks for keeping us updated despite of your hectic schedule. Vitamin D deficiency can be managed with vitamin D supplements prescribed by your doctor. Continue with the food diary and with the additional diagnostics ( glucose test and endoscopy). Also, try not to burden yourself with additional stress at this time. Do keep us posted with the results. Take care and best regards.
