im having migraine but before the pain starts nose bleeding ocurrs! i always have low blood pressure too! what to do?

How are you? There have been studies in pubmed demonstrating significant association between migraine and recurrent epistaxis or nose bleeding. It is best that you check with your doctor for proper management. Both abortive and preventive medications may help manage your migraine. Avoiding the headache triggers with the help of a journal may also help prevent migraine attacks. During epistaxis, sit down and lean your body and your head slightly forward, breathe through your mouth, and use your thumb and index finger to pinch together the soft part of your nose continuously for at least 5 minutes.
