How are you? Can you elaborate on the location and character of  your headache? Primary headaches such as migraine, tension and cluster headaches usually occur with triggers or factors that you need to identify and avoid. On the other hand, dizziness and blackouts can be attributed to a variety of issues such as eye or ear conditions, anemia, low blood sugar and even cardiac issues.  Try to sleep 8- 10 hours daily, drink plenty of fluids and eat a healthy diet.
