intense pain

I'm not sure where to start . i have been having headaches for about 3 months. They usually started in the morning  and then would fade during the day only to come back at night. My doctor thought it might be sinus related and I'm sure partly it is . but last night I got an intense headache  that radiated over the top of my head and down into my teeth and i also had a 99.4 temp last night . No matter how i laid last night it would not stop and  the head ache has followed me into this morning  located mainly on the left side of my head and down into my neck and teeth.It is upsetting my stomache as well . it hurts bad enough to bring me to tears. any help would be appreciated .thank you.

oh and to add to my text above these headaches seem to make me more tired like suddenly during the day i will become extremly exausted , just randomly so it seems . nad them moments later when it's time to go to bed I'm not tired .  And I have been careful notto nap during the day, so it won't effect my sleep more at night..
