left side of head and neck pain

I have been experience for two days on and off throughout day pain on the left side of my head. I checked my blood pressure last night it was 124/50 pulse 77.  This morning when I woke it was still slightly there it progressed thought the day a tenderness when I touch the left side head and my neck began to have a dull pain too also,  by this afternoon, I began having a strange feeling to the left side of my face.  

What could this be?

How are you? Do you still experience the neck and left side pain? If there was no previous trauma, this could be due to musculoskeletal or nerve causes. If it persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. Your medical history and complete neurological and physical examination will help determine the underlying cause.Some tests like x-ray and blood tests may also be indicated.
