links between fainting, TOC and migraines>

Hi,
Im Jess, I'm 16 and since I was about 10 I've had constant headaches that were ongoing and ranged all over my head and varied from severe "spiking" pains to a dull achey (achy) feel. Finally about 4 months ago I moved in with my Mother in Idaho up in the mountains because my father didn't believe that I was in pain. Back in March-May I was at school and was having "blackouts". Some I couldn't remember Others it was like I was awake but I couldn't respond at all, I was put on Amytriphtaline, and it didn't work, I was put on Topamax and it worked for the most part, but I wasn't eating with it. So my family doctor put me on Periactrin which doesn't work at all for me, but I'm eating. Since the time I was taken off Topamax (my dosages were just being lowered) and put on Periactrin my "episodes" had gradually gotten worse. Right after I was taken off Topamax I had fainted in school and taken to the ER where I spent the rest of the day, nothing was odd my parents had expected me to get my blood results saying I was hypoglycemic but I wasn't the Dr. had absolutly no idea what had caused me to black-out and just said I was Dehydrated but that didn't make any sense to me because I knew i had been drinking water. Anyway they sent me home saying I was dehydrated and to just drink 2 bottles a day of water. So I did and i was still going to office at school( they wanted me to come in anytime I got shakey (shaky) or "non-responsive") and I was sitting there in the sofa in the office and just fell over but I was awake i just couldn't move and they had said I had fallen asleep but I ws aware of everything that had been going on. They called my Doctor and went over the side effects with me when I had "woken up" and she had me come in. She just evaluated me and told me to keep drinking water and she'd take me of the Periactrin soon if nothing got better. So I was going back to normal just dealing with the headaches she gave me some 600mg Ibeprofins and I take them when I feel a headache start. Almost everytime my headaches got really bad my body felt like it would go limb and it would get hard to breathe and I would have issues understanding or forming words when people talked to me. So last night 10/09/11 was a bad episode I don't remember it very well just bit and peices but my boyfriend told me I blacked out 5 times in 20 minutes and my Step-father came to get me right when it started. So he(my boyfriend)  carried me to his sofa while my step-father came in and he said I fainted on the sofa but I don't remember it then a couple times just in the truck. So we got to my house and I felt fine just really drained and I went downstairs in my room and i went limp in the floor and layed there for about 30 minutes till my step-father found me I was aware of what was going on I just couldn't move or speak or anything. my mo had me take an 800mg ibeprofin and drink some poweraid zero and had me crawl in bed which was really hard because I was so spacey I couldn't keep focus. when I finally did get in bed I slept till 2:00pm the next day.
Does anyone know if there could be a link between these "fainting spells" and my Migraines.

I was told be a board certified neurologist that I had a Chiari (which he told me wasn't anything to worry about) Malfamation, chronic, retinal, frontal and classic Migraines but that was all he focused on.  and my Physical Therapist (whom I went to because my Family dr. thought I had carpal tunnel) told me I had Thoracic outlet syndrome. My neurologist didn't believe my therapist even though migraines were a common symptom with TOC. So I'm switching to his Partner soon.

I don't know whats going on with me I would seriously like to start enjoying my Highschool years. I just moved to a new school Im a sophmore and everyone already acts weird around me. Please give me any information or related success stories I could possibly relate to.
