lump on the back of my head??

i had noticed a bump on the back of my head a few months back, now it has doubled in size. it has a slight point, hard, and tender to touch. i recently saw my dr and he said it might be a cyst. he prescribed an antibiotic onitment. im very nervous/scarred it can be something more. any thoughts on this???

Dont worry, just take it one step at a time. If it were me, I would give the ointment a try. If you dont think its helping then give the office a call back and set up another visit to try something else. Sometimes it just takes a bit to figure things out.
