maxillary cyst?

i recently went in for a ct scan due to my migraines, my brain came back normal but they did tell me i have a maxillary cyst near my sinus cavity about 3.5cm. ive been having migraines chronic daily since november of 08, but i put off going to the doctors for months i just took advils the headaches became worse and started lasting for hours i'd go to sleep with a headache and i'd wake up with one. The pain level is about an 8. They never start off hurting just a little when i get a headache they just come and start pounding really bad. April was when i was diagnosed with the migraines and since april of this year i have been prescribed 6 different types of medications some preventatives and some were for the pain but none seem to be making a difference i finish the prescription take them as the directions say, im in good shape and dont drink any caffine at all i work out for about an hour a day and my diet is good. Could the headaches be because of the cyst, i did research on them and it said they shouldn't be bothersome unless they're clustered and i just have one. So im wondering what else could be going on? I have a chart also that im filling out given to me by my doctor and i can see that im not only getting migraine but tension headaches and sometimes ill feel like i have 3 headaches in different spots of my head all at the same time. i also see flashing lights when my head is huting dr said it was an aura, i thought it had something to do with my nystagmus but it wasn't the case.
