migraine severe i had it now my child 11 is getting them

hi when i was around 13 i started to get migraine my first included pins and needles and paralysed arm . i then took a reallly sever attack that affected my vision dots flashing and tunnel vision . my speech was also jumbled up . my walking went off as if i was drunk also vomiting . the headache was worse than going through child birth . i was admitted to hospital when they said it was migraine ?? i then started to take these migraines regularly . i would know when was was away to begin as i would get dotty looking flashing zigzags etc . i would have to stop doing what i did immediatly and call a memeber of my family . i could not cope with light needed dark room . sometimes these would last 7- 26 hours . i had these attacks from 13 till i was 21 then they dissapppeared the only thing i can think of that was diffrent then was that i started citalopram an anti-depressant after the birth of my child i had post natal depression . i recommened anyone to try this anti-dpressant for these types of headaches i have a therory its maybe all to do with sertion levels in brain also pubert being a factor .

my son age 11 took is first attack 6 weeks ago at school he said his stomach felt funky and he started to have speech problems stuttering and finding it hard to get the words out this time he did not have a headache and it passed a few hours later .

now 6 weeks on my son came home from school and he immediatly told me he felt unwell he was having problems with his speech and was white as a sheet and had very dark circles under his eyes . i took him to hospital where his headache intensified he was light sensitive a few hours from all this happen he projectiled vomitted we stayed in hospital for 5 hours and the symptoms started to subside . he was very washed out and we took him straight home and got him in to bed . we decided to keep him off school this week he had been quite groggy . i just wondered if anyone had similar experiences to us ?

also i now have a condtion that relapses remitts and i think i may have ms . fatique brainfog pain etc
