Yes, I often get vertigo with my migraines. It's good that you've ruled out a lot of things already. Even a negative result can be positive feedback.

How are you? How was the MRI and blood tests? It is good that ear and balance issues were ruled out. Other possible causes of vertigo include disorders in the central vestibular system such as the vestibular nerve, brainstem, and cerebellum. Migraine usually responds to biofeedback therapy and prescription medications (ergotamine, dihydroergotamine , 5-HT agonist and other preventive migraine medicines).
