Its all started nov 2012 my left head start to feel the pain,so i go to opta coz they say maybe its vision problem then my opta said i have astigmatism,so i wore glasses after a month the headache still there they check again my eye grade is high now.but still have headache daily then i go to family doctor couz i have pain in my neck he refferred me to a bone specialist ,then he told me to have an xray in my head and neck..the result in the head was nothing but in the neck theres a spasm muscle so they said i need to go to therapy..but the therapy wont get away the pain..i go to neurologist expalain it all then he said it was a migraine..many meds i lv been taking still theres pain 2 doctors again iv seen and they said because of the spasm it affects the head because of the muscle in the head.it been many months still they dont want me to go a test like ct scan..what should i do..i feel the headache sometimes numbness in head and face now i feel so weak..pls help

If you are getting migraines often enough that they are considered chronic migraines (more than 15 a month), then you should talk to your doctor about preventative medication. Preventative medication can prevent migraines from happening in the first place, where as acute medications can only stop a migraine once it has started.
Migraines can be triggered by many different things, and can also happen out of the blue for no specific reason at all. The key is to have a successful acute treatment plan so that you can stop your migraines once they start, so that the migraines do no interfere with your day-to-day life. If you are getting so many migraines that they still interfere with your life even with the successful use of acute medication, then a preventative treatment plan is also needed.

How are you? If you can not avoid the triggers you mentioned ( TV or computer), you may benefit from further evaluation by your eye doctor or opthalmologist to rule out error of refraction. Preventive and abortive medications for the migraine may also be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
Did your doctor just give you a medication for after the headache started or did he also give you a medication to prevent them in the first place? Did he do any scans or tests to make sure all was well?
Migraines can be tricky - and they can be hard to stop once they start, hence a double approach. It does not sound like your doctor has a full approach. Perhaps another opinion would help. As well, an eye doctor would not be a bad idea as they can identify issues that may cause headaches too.
To to get relief from headache/migraine naturally, the full pranayam exercises are described below.Do it seriously, regularly and at the suggested duration, and you can call it a cure or control without medication.Start now.
Initially do Anulom Vilom (as much as you can) for the fist few days and then start the full set of pranayam.This works gradually, so allow time (1 week upto 24 weeks) and concentrate fully on the breathing. Avoid cold drinks and drink warm water.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 15 minutes twice a day. Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom - Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed. Remember to take deep breaths into the lungs.
Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 15 times
Continue the pranayam once a day to stay healthy.The factors helping are the extra oxygen and the relaxation(reduced stress) you get when doing the breathing exercises.
