migraines and dizziness

Please try and help me. About a month and a half ago I woke up one morning and sat up in my bed and the room started spinning. and I had a migraine. I got up and walked around and still was very dizzy, and still had the migraine. Everyday since then I have had migraines. I get dizzy throughout the day and I've tried getting up out of bed slower and that didn't help. I have always had muscle aches and I think that is because Fibromyalgia runs in my family, but My husband was rubbing my neck and realized the very top vertebrae sticks out and if you go up a little higher its like my neck caves in and I came to the conclusion that possibly that was the reason for all of this. Is there anything I can do for the pains in my neck, head, and my dizziness????

It is very difficult to tell without examination if the vertebra is causing pain. Although from your description it seems that there may be osteophytes in your cervical spine. Osteophytes are bony protrusions. Osteophytes can cause symptoms like headache and dizziness.I would suggest you to please get yourself examined by a spine specialist and undergo an X ray or CT scan of the cervical spine.
