migrains and mri rt eye pain blurred vission increased

hi    this is a 2 part question  first i just had my 2 follow-up mri for lesions 1mri stated 5 puntuate areas of high signal deep white matter on both cerebral hemis's non specific and not associated w/abnormal enhancement  2 done 2 ago state 5 foci of increases flair signal scattered in white matter in non specefic patteren i have also been dx by 2 md w optic neuritis 2 say i didnt i was treated w/5 days iv steroids my vision has decreased very much stll alot of pain w/ movent.   also my MAIN question on this last mri states circle if willis flow - voids patent please explain i have extream headaches dizziness hpotensive80/40-50 nausea  could this be a anuresum ready to blow  sorry so long thanks i did have a migrain drill yeasterday it made it worse  thr reg pred depakote 2 lites saline and ativan to no relief sorry for taking to much of your time
