Hi

Sorry, I can't say much about the report usually if they find something they indicate further testing might be needed - If it says unremarkable I have found that to mean what they did see is within what's considered normal. If your headaches continue it doesn't mean stop seeking help just means they didn't find anything. I did have an MRA that found a small aneurysm behind my eye so it is possible to find an aneurysm with this method. If you are still having the headaches are you seeing a neurologist or a headache specialist? That would be a great next step. They haven't found out why I have had a headache for 8 months now but I am seeing a neurologist who asked all kinds of questions around my headaches.

Migraines every day - that's pretty intense and can't be fun. Did you sit down with your doctor and go over the results? I'd be curious to know what the next step is and do some family medical history research. I was very surprised to find out that my grandfather also had a aneurysm. Doesn't have to mean anything but has helped me be a little more proactive with my health.
