Hi,
How are you? Muscle spasms or  twitches are fine movements of a small area of muscle served by a single motor nerve fiber, such as the forehead. This could be due to autoimmune disorders, drug side effect, lack of nutrients in the diet, and even stress.  Benign twitches may come and go and are often triggered by stress or anxiety. However, further evaluation may need to be done to rule out nervous system conditions.  Take care and best regards.
