muscle spasms of the right side of your head

Hi My question is I keep having migraine and take medication every night and recently I have starting to have I don't know muscle spasms of the right side of my head, Is this possiable?  They seem to come and go all day long and is annoying.  If you have any ideas could you please e-mail me.  Thank you

Muscle spasms on one side of the head could be due to stress and tension. Sometimes eye strain, tension in the neck muscles also result in muscle spasms on one side of the head.
I would suggest you to get a scalp and neck massage done. Alternate ice and heat packs on the affected part will also help.
