neck eye pain

Hello everyone,
I been having this left neck pain for about a 6 months, I went to my PCP he thought it was just a muscle pain. Few months later I started to have some dizziness, along with this dizziness I started to have dry mouth, frequent urination, I went to ER twice ER Dr said it was panic and anxiety.  I felt little better for while and then this heavy burning eyes and lightheadedness started again. I also started to have lower back pain and pain in my groin and testicular area. I went to see my Gastroenterologist thinking these symptoms may be related to ongoing dyspepsia problem, he said no, then I went to neurologist for EMG which showed little abnormality on my left arm and neck muscles but according the neurologist nothing too concerning. I also saw Urologist who ordered an ultrasound on my scortum. My head MRI I was normal, went to ENT he ordered CT scan, it was also normal. SO I am really lost at this point, a friend of my told me this could be Spondlosys. Can anyone out there help me? These symptoms are really concerning me. So once again here are my symptoms, I feel lightheadedness, pain behind my eyes, neck pain that travel to my shoulders and arm, lower back pain and weak legs. When all this comes I have hard time concentrating, poor coordination. Who should I see next, rheumatologist? Thanks for anyone who can help, God bless

I'd go to a spine doctor to diagnose the neck pain. That could be triggering the other symptoms. I didn't see that you'd been to a spine doctor so that is something you need to do. He may be able to diagnose and provide relief through treatments. I think an orthopedist or neurologist of the spine? Not sure.  Good luck!
