neck pain with headaches

I recently fell off my scooter. I fractured my left knee hurt my left shoulder and my left hand. When I hit the pavement I got an instant pounding headach, (my head did not hit the ground). My headache went away but two days later I started feeling pain in my left side of my neck running up to the top of my head and severe headaches. What can I do for this?

How are you? The head ache and neck pain could be musculoskeletal in nature. Pain at the back of head or neck that intensifies on movement may be caused by inflammation of the blood vessels of the head or bony changes in the structures of the neck. Anti-inflammatory drugs or  muscle relaxants may help. However ,if it persists, you may need to have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Imaging studies may be indicated.
