need help for my son

my 14 year old son has headaches off and on.today at school his head was hurting kinda bad then his arm and hand began to shake.the headache started to go away after an hour.his arm kept shakeing and jerking for hours afterwards.what is wrong?he already wears glasses and just had them looked at.

It is important to know if your son is under any kind if stress. Teenage can be a difficult time for children when they are prone to suffer from anxiety.
Please make sure your child is not tensed or anxious for some reason.
It is also important that he does not get low blood sugar levels or dehydration. To avoid these he needs to eat healthy and on time and drink plenty of water.
If the headache continues to worsen please get him evaluated by his pediatrician.
