need insight on HA with dilated pupil

I have never visited a site such as this before so I come as a "new gal on the block."  For decades I have sufferred with headaches that I expect is of the sinus and tension type.  Within recent years I have been receiving treatment for muscular and joint inflammation which I believe my practioner calls "fibromyostenis."  He dances around the term "fibromialgia (fibromyalgia)" which I won't hear of because I don't want to turn into my mother. This week I awoke with (after having what I described as the 2nd worst headache I had ever had--I had the worst one a few months ago) with my right pupil dialated and it appeared that my right eye was buldging out a bit.  I did some reading this morning on the net and saw described "droopy eyelid" and uneven pupil size with some migaines.  

I have the tension-type headache daily which I can manage well with perscribed medications and I have not sufferred with the afore mentioned caliber of HA since.  But I am facinated with the strange symptoms I experienced and would really appericate input from those who have experienced insight into this.  Thank you for any help you may be able to offer.
