nerve damage or optical muscle damage?

last October I was in a car crash and got nerve damage in my neck and torn ligaments in my lower arm. I had time off work, painkillers, anti-inflammatory and physio therapy. 9 months on and ive stopped the physio as I was allot better and didn't need it on a regular basis any more. I was not fully recovered but was allot better and had all the movement back in my neck. I woke up the other morning, couldn't move my neck and had the sharp, pinching nerve pain again. went to physio which loosened it up but now I have a constant mild headache and a pinching pain in the right of my head that worsens when I move my eyes (but not head) to look to the right. my regular GP is on vacation for the next two weeks. any suggestions as to what this new eye-movement pain could be? is it my nerves again or is it the optic muscles?
