non-stop cluster headache

stabbing  pinpick headache that usally lasts only seconds has latsed over two days followiing severe ear cleaning. suspect iinfection in ear. Does ear have any relationship to top right of head?

Yes there is infact there is a relation and an ear infection can sometimes cause severe headaches. Do you have an ear discharge? Have you had such headaches before? Try taking some OTC painkillers and see if the pain subsides. Also schedule an appointment with your doctor to get an ear examination done. Goodluck.

What makes you think that you have an ear infection? Do you have any other symptoms.
Ear infection can cause headache but there are other possibilities also. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by a physician.
