I've been dealing with headaches since 2002, migraines at least twice a month but bad headaches every single day. The washing machine sound in my head wakes me, As soon as I stand up in the morning there it is(headache) Ive been on topamax, propaninol, several differnt psych.meds which I was told could help and valproic acid. To no relief. I even had a catscan. Now im experiencing numbness in my arms and legs,  I wounder if all of this could be spinal or a pinched something, maybe in my neck.

Hi,
Taking painkillers for a prologed time can lead to rebound headaches which can be a possibility in your case. Also consult a neurologist to rule out nerve compression.Yes i think it would do you good to try out alternative medicine.
