one dr. says yes, and one dr. says no

Sometimes I get headaches out of the blue. Usually its 2 times a day, sometimes more. These headaches arent jus a headache, they are strong almost migranish headaches and last anywhere from 30 minutes to and hour, sometimes longer. I cant really tell what causes them more, because They happen at different times.
I was in an auto accident about a year ago and have many a few herniated discs and a pinched nerve. I've been getting my headaches since. So automatically I thought that may have caused it. I brought it up when I saw my therapist and dr. for the accident. They both told me that might be from something ele because thats not really related to the injuries. but when I saw my primary dr., He told me that it is most likly a result of the accident. I have no idea what to do. one dr. says yes, and one dr. says no. AND I STILL HAVE THESE HEADACHES!!!
Any advise?

How are you? Post-traumatic headaches usually present with localized or generalized pain and can mimic migraine or tension-type headache symptoms. Headaches usually occur on daily basis and are frequently resistant to treatment. Possible treatment by use of antiinflammatory drugs or biofeedback therapy may help. Check with your doctor or be referred to a neurologist for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
