It is less likely that the osteoma on the right side of skull is causing migraines on the left side. Please go for the X-rays of the sinuses once again . If chronic sinusitis is ruled out, the migraines could be stress related.Please avoid the aggravating factors like stress, anxiety, strong smells, lights and sounds .Please consult your physician.
