Hi

How old are you?

I know that you are very anxious with regards to this. However this type of pain may be musculoskeletal. You have noted the pain to be tingly and sharp. Although migraine headaches may be a differential here, pain caused by cervicogenic headaches due to spine disorders may be likely .Arthritic pains may also cause similar presentations. This has to be considered first and other causes need to be ruled out also before a diagnosis of migraine headaches be given.

If this is something that scares you or worries you this much, visit your doctor.  Could be a migraine or just a complex headache.  Understand those sudden sharp severe pains.  I liken them to an ice pick being driven into your head (sorry, but that is what it feels like.).  Have you tried something simple like Excedrin Migraine and follow the directions?  Again, if it is something bothering you this much, see a doctor.  They know this stuff definitely.
