I think a lot of people would like to help, but your posts contain limited information.

When you say your stomach "goes berzerk" when this is happening, what do you mean? Are you nauseous? Cramps? Fluttering sensation?

Does your head hurt worse when you lay down at night? Do you wake up with a headache? You said the "back" hurts, is it where your head and neck meet? Or is it the back of your skull?

It could very well be a tension headache, I get those often and sometimes mine are worse than the migraines I get.  You could have a pinched or pressed nerve in your neck that is causing the headache, they can hurt very badly and feel like pressure.  It can also make you nauseous when the pain intensifies.

Does your head hurt more when you move around (turn your head, bend down, stand up, walk across the room) or is it constant no matter what you do?

And don't worry, when people and doctors suggest "anxiety" or "panic attacks", it doesn't mean your crazy and it doesn't mean that it's all in your head.  Anxiety and Panic Attacks are extremely misunderstood and very confusing.  Lots of people think they'll just "know" when they're having a panic attack, but the attacks usually take people by surprise.  I'm not an anxious person and hardly worry about things at all....but lately I have had some anxiety problems and panic attacks that have caught me completely by surprise.  I call mine "non-panic" attacks because I don't have any mental or psychological symptoms at all....my body just goes haywire.  My heart races and I feel my heartbeat in my head/ears at night.

That's NOT to say that your headaches are caused by that....but the headache could be causing some anxiety issues.

Hope some of this helps.

What is the anxiety medicine you have been prescribed?

Anxiety doesn't mean one is mad. It is something you or I can have. It is a reaction to threat, like that of the mare when a lion is chasing it. Sometimes without a threat the reaction goes on and on.
The neural connections over react, and the medicines given are to take care of the same.

Hope this helps.

I think your data is insufficient. Can you give more details?

Pressure type headache (where) 1 wk
Your age? Other illnesses?
How is your sleep?
Is the headache always present or comes and goes?
Any accompaniments?

What medication are you taking for panic attacks?

This may well be due to anxiety. Try meditation to calm you (Sit straight, close your eyes and 'observe' the air going in and out of the nose (10 min)

Best,

TA
