serious head problems.

so i guess it all started about a month ago i was having tension on the left side of my neck for about a week or so untill one day i went to open the hood of my car and herd a pop, freaked out i went inside and sat down, and all at once my whole body was numb and tingling 10 minutes later it happened again. so off to the hopital i went and i was told that it was a pinched nerve or something with the vertabres in my neck he gave me meds and sent me on my way everything was fine.. no not really 2 days later im sitting in my car drinking and smoking a ciggarette and i felt a pressure on the top of my head and stand up its fine for all of 2 seconds then it came back but not just on top all over sometimes in sections only, staying for 2 weeks only subsiding when i lay down, all the while feeling that numb tinglyness randomly, then a new problem joined i could feel what i thought was my brain stem going from my head to my spine and it was visable and hurt ALOT well that problem subsided and the pressure is either gone or ive just grown used to it but ive still had this head ach all the while.now the new problem is i can feel this artery on my temple sometimes its bulging causing pressure on that temple and at other times it sinks down to the point where i can barly feel it, this is different every ten minutes or so, and im also getting randome sharp stabbing pains all over my head they last about a qaurter of a second someone please help me or give advice im going nuts.

went to hospital today and doc just told me it was all my muscles in my head and neck wer taughnt and to take anti inflamitorys but thats the third time ive heard this and still dont know if i buy it if still got this boldging vein on the side of my head causing pressure in the temple and it keeps spazing out and is very painfull to touch

not that i know of i dont have insuranse but im going back to the hospital tomorrow and plan to get ct scan cause now im feelin a twitching on the left corner of my eye and im a lil tired of this crap, ill find out then

Do you have herpes? I know that question seems crazy but I just had to ask..
Since these problems can actually be related.

There is a chance that it could be meningitis, which is an emergency. Talk to your doctor about it. you'll also need to see a specialist about the pinched nerve, which could very well be causing these problems.
