Hi,
How are you? It is good that vision tests done were normal. Silent migraines or acephalgic migraine occurs when there is no associated headache phase. But you need to have this evaluated by your doctor or neurologist for proper diagnosis. Persistent migraine aura without infarction is a rare complication of migraine. It is defined by the persistence of a migraine aura for more than one week without radiographic evidence of infarction by the International Headache Society.  Some medications help provide relief. Check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.

If he says silent migraine, then you should double check it from a neurologist .. and if it indeed is a silent migraine then he(the neurologist) will give you the best medicine for it.
