spinning sensation in the head

by 1monkey, Oct 10, 2007 02:17PM
Please show me the way to go to get help.  I have already went to a specialist on ear and nose and its came back negative.  How could it have come back negative if at the end of the test they have put some air in my air and I start having the spinning in my head?  At the end of the test they have told me to go see a neurology specialist - which I have not gone.

My spinning in the head usually start after I pee, when I'm too excited, when I'm too upset, sad or worry, and when I use my cell phone.  After the spinning - my head start to throb all over and it hurts badly.

This has occurred for a long time maybe 3 to 4 years but not as bad.  Now I just can't handle it anymore and it is affecting my driving now.

Please help any suggestion will do.

Definitely go see your neurologist.  They may have the answers you seek, and they will most likely do a CT scan or an MRI.  I am scheduled to see a neurologist at the end of this month because I've had a never-ending headache.  *shakes head*  The pain waxes and wanes but it still constant, no matter what I take, so I know it can be really frustrating to wait and wait and see doctors and still come up with nothing.

When you use your cell phone, do you cradle it on your shoulder or do you hold it in your hand when you talk.  To help with the dizziness, hold your head upright when you talk.  I get faint when I blow my nose, LOL!!  It's really weird!  Everything starts spinning and I see "shooting stars".

I'm sorry I'm not much help, but I thought I'd at pop in and reply to your message.  )
