hello rowena,

Thankyou for your kind response, as far as i remember i dont think that i do have any previous trauma or anything like that. And the pain i am having is sudden and its like palpitation and any movement of my head or neck doesnt   stop the pain. Though i will take your advice and go for clinical examination once again thankyou for the concern you have shown

regards,

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Was there a previous trauma to your head or neck? Pain at the back of head that intensifies on movement may be caused by inflammation of the blood vessels of the head or bony changes in the structures of the neck. But with motionless or speechless symptoms, there could also be neurological causes.  Rest, anti-inflammatory drugs or muscle relaxants may help. But I recommend that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation.   Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and do keep us posted.
