throat and fasical pain and neck pain

My wife have server neck,fasical pain that cause her to be really sick. She have had MRI,CT scan done and no one have found anything wrong.She complian with her throat fill like it is trying close. She saids it fill like someone is choking her and that all the pressure goes the face and neck and head. She get sick every other day with this. And some day it make her pass out. I really need some help. The doctors that we have seen have no aswers for her problem. They say that it is just a migraine.She have took every kind of med. there is for mirgraines and they don't help.

It is also important to rule out gastroenterological causes like gastric reflux, and achalasia cardia. Spasm of the lower esophageal sphincter and smooth muscles in the lower part of esophagus occurs in a condition known as achalasia cardia. Both these conditions can cause a choking sensation in the throat and if severe can cause pain in the neck and face.
Please get her checked by a gastroenterologist.
