throbbing headache and body weakness

hi everyone .
this is my first post ever ,English isn't my first language but please try to understand me.
i have been diagnosed of migraine three years ago they were the bad days of my life because i had no idea at all. i am from east Africa (Tanzania). there were no migraine professionals and neurologists.
the symptoms were: muscles contraction at the center of the head,vomiting,body weakness,i used to get headaches whenever i had chocolates or any sweet food and fruits and when i sit under the fain or windy areas ,skin sensation. i have done ECG in Egypt and other important tests but nothing was found. one of my Egyptian doctor told me that i didn't have to worry at all i was perfectly okay. he gave me medicines but it didn't stop. than i went India for my studies i met different neurologist.i have been through different medication i have stopped vomiting but body weakness used to come and go. than few months ago before i returned to my country i lost hope my three years of studying was the worst days i have ever lived and i was so tired of taking medicines from different doctors i was tired of getting weak and building hopes. Now am in my country am not getting a best of anything  i feel weak every day drink plenty of water, fruits i  work out a bit, i walk allot But every day i feel weak,  weak i cant even feel my body, and sometimes when i walk alone i feel like i will fall.
i am very sorry for the long post and my bad English but i need help.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

I recommend you find another doctor/neurologists. The symptoms of migraines are headache and sensitivity to light and sound. I have never heard of weakness or numbness being associated with migraines. You could very well be having migraines but I think something else along with it...please seek a second opinion.
