?thunderclap headache

what might be the possible differential diagnosis in 20 year old female pt. severe right-sided 'stabbing pain' starting right parietal region and radiating up the head  or down into jaw line, stabbing and severe pain intense for 1min then headache for approx 1 hr,relieved with aracetamol. developed some numbness down right side with loss of grip when has headache. no focal neurological signs or headache at time of exam. head pain like this occuring 2-3 times weekly. no nausea or vomiting,no neck stiffness, tender right temple area. no visual acuity problems,no auditory or sensory loss/abnormalities.
