unequal pupil size

unequal pupil size

Hi - I have posted before and got a great response back from jcreive (sp)??
Here it is:

Lifelong Migraine sufferer (know how to deal with very well)
This is differnet headache
mainly suboccipital
Main eye problem - severest headache always upon waking.  I sleep on right side mainly and right pupil is always significantly larger than left.  After standing awhile will respond to light appropriately.
Last night, slept on left side ( which is rare but my yello lab was hogging the bed.)  Woke up with headache but left pupil was so big that you couldn't see the color at all of the Iris.  Eyes have been totally checked out and are OK.  No sign of papilledema.  This is horrible pain and have had to stop working for this and other symptomes.  MRI doesn't show significant chiari although some slides do show lower cerebellum tonsil but move to next slide and looks OK.  Help, please if possible.  This is not the migraine I grew up with.  Again, please help.
