hey any body help me please...i daily have some kind of severe headache which usually starts everyday at the same time.is it really migraine???it really hurts alot.what should i do to either get rid of it or limit its effect???
Sorry you are in pain. You would need to see a doctor to determine what kind of headache you are having and the best treatment options available for it. Until then, you could keep a written record of when the pain starts, what it feels like, how long it lasts, anything you've found to relieve it, and the circumstances surrounding its onset. Be sure to include what you were doing, your emotional state before the pain started, the weather, environmental conditions such as bright sunlight, fluorescent lights, or strong odors, and anything you ate or drank within an hour of the time it started. Keeping track of all this information could expose a pattern and help you and your doctor identify possible triggers. If you can identify triggers, you can then try to eliminate them to avoid future headaches. To relieve some of the pain, you could try caffeine, applying ice packs or heat to the area, taking a warm bath, and lying down in a quiet, dark room. Headaches, especially migraines, can be triggered by a number of things and finding relief for them is really trial and error because causes and solutions vary for each person. Your best solution is to consult a doctor, but hopefully these suggestions will help you until that can be arranged. Hope you feel better!
its sounds very much like a cluster headache. i dont suffer myself but i know someone who does. they can go on for days or weeks and can start at the same time every day. they normally radiate pain from your eye into your head and are supposed to be extreamly painful. they come on quickly and last from minutes to several hours. look them up and see if it sounds like what you are suffering from.
