Hi,
I suggest you consult a dermatologist as there is a possibility of infection. You may have to undergo a course of antibiotics. Have you recently changed your shampoo?
You can wear a cap whenever you are out in the sun to protect your head from direct sunlight.

Hi,
You need to consult your physician/ skin specialiat and see if a course of antibiotics helps with the pimples on your head. You might also be prescribed local application medicated creams. Continue the treatment as long as your doctor wants you to. You should get relief from the pimples most probably. For the headaches try some OTC painkillers and see if they help , till your pimples are not cured. Avoid alcohol, smoking, high lipid (fat) foods. Adequate sleep and hydration is important. Use a medicated sunscreen - ask your doctor to prescribe one. Goodluck.
