Hi Sue,
How are you? Exertion headaches usually present as generalized head pain during or following physical exertion or passive exertion such as sneezing, coughing, moving one's bowels, etc. It is often associated with migraine or cluster headaches. However, if it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation and to rule out organic diseases in the brain. It can be managed with medical therapy and avoiding activities that can trigger the headache. Take care and do keep us posted.

"How much are You drinking, are You keeping Your fluids up whilst exercising'?

It could also be dehydration if You are exercising intensely and no drinking enough fluid
