I am 16 years old and I've had nose bleeds since I was 2. I've been cauterized enough. Most recent time in November. To me, one persons bad is my good for blood loss. The most recent nose bleed lasted about an hour and a half. I have an appointment AGAIN with the specialist. Yes my blood work is fine. Haemoglobin is good, blood count is good, white blood cells good and blood pressure is normal. No cancer. I am not anaemic. There is no problem showing, but there is obviously one. I can tell you when one is going to start. I get immense pressure in my head, eyes and gums, then out of no where bleed. After bleeding, due to so much blood loss, I get a headache and really dizzy. They have no explanation.
Hello,
I am 36 yrs and I have been sufrering with these symptoms for the past 8 months. I think I feel dizzi but the things around me is not revolving. I have foggy eyes and I feel like closing my eyes and sitting. My head is heavy and left side I have mild pain in the center of my head. My left ear is like I am flying in an airplane - a clogged feeling. My left eye - I I see lines which moves with my vision. I feel very uncomfortable in the mornings and also in the night after dinner. I have a tingling feeling in my head sometimes of the day. I have seen ENT for Vertigo test and MRI and everything came clear. When they did the hot air blowed in my ear tocreate the dizziness, the reading was R ear 25 and L ear 23.Can anyone help me with this?
Right before my headaches start I get MAJOR dizzines and twitching and studdering, once those go away then the headache rolls in. When all this 1st started they thought I was having a stroke but all the tests came back fine. I would for sure be asking about the nose bleeds, hopefully you can get some answers
Hi
Yes. Nose bleed in an adult without a significant history of trauma or injury may need further evaluation . The cause of the epistaxis or nosebleed needs to be ascertained. If your blood pressure is within normal and you do not appear to be hypertensive, a baseline CT scan and a complete ENT consult will also help.
I hope everything is all right now. Do keep us posted for anything.
Thank you for you reply!
I am 40 years old.
I will call the doctor today and make an appt.
Thank you.
Hi
How old are you?
Do you have any underlying disease conditions?
I advice that you have your blood pressure taken. Also a baseline CT scan and EEG will be able to help. Nose bleed may signify an increase in blood pressure, bleeding problems or an injury. Some seizures may present with eye twitching.
You need immediate assessment for this. If the nosebleed recurs, bring yourself to the nearest medical center for assessment.
