I need to know what's wrong with me- I dont have insurance so no Dr. for me.

GENERAL STORY:
I'm a 21 year old female. I woke up this morning with an intense headache (about 7:30 AM), it feels like it's my entire head, like it's going to explode, but mostly at my temples, back of head, and in between my eyes. I tossed and turned trying to get back to sleep so that I wouldn't have to feel it, one that obviously wasn't going to work I took 2 Tylenol extra-strength (rapid release). 10 minutes later I vomited. I ate later, around 9am, and nothing seemed to bother my stomach (enough to vomit). I've had two glasses of water this morning so far, by the way.

OTHER SYMPTOMS
-weakness or pain in various muscles.
-dizzyness (I can barely make it out of my room without have to sit down and try again).
-crying, because this is the worst I've felt in months- hopeless and helpless.
-feeling hot even though I'm super cold (or vise-versa, I'm not sure?), I can't find out if I have a fever because I don't have a thermometer.
-chest pains (ribcage/sternum- I think this was just a panic disorder thing that overwhelmed me when I couldn't fix what was wrong.

PAST MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS..ES/MEDICATION
I have been diagnosed with depression, ADD, and general/social anxiety, but since this is the first time I've felt this way in awhile I feel like it;s not a part of the problem this morning. Right now I'm taking 1mg of Klonopin twice a day as needed, and I'm prescribed Adderall but I've been off of it for about 2 weeks now. I did go through a pretty intense opiate withdrawl after 2 root canals and 3 teeth being pulled (or, the medicine that came with that) but that's been over for about 5 days now (slowly dwindled myself down). During the opiate phase and withdrawl I was extremely constipated for about 2 weeks- maybe poo toxins are to blame? Though bowel movements are regular now. I took a couple of laxatives a few days ago for opiate constipation and they cramped me up but it worked.

CURRENTLY
It is now 12:30 and the headache is still in full force. I took another dose of Tylenol (this time Tylenol PM, trying to fall asleep) around 10:30am because I assume it came up when I vomited, but obviously it's not working. I am really hungry and want to eat everything but I know that it will just cause more stomach problems.

STUFF I'VE ALREADY TRIED
Tylenol Rapid Release (twice)- nothing
antinausea perscription I got when I was prescribed vicodin (makes me vomit)- feels a little better
Zantac 150 and 1mg of Klonopin to rule out both possibilities of heartburn/indigestion or anxiety- worked a bit. but the back of my chest hurts still.

Can anyone help me? I have medicaid in AZ but I'm in NJ so I CAN go to an emergency room but that's it., and I have no way of getting there that wouldn't make things worse. Tell me what to do for myself (I can't sleep at all), or what to tell te emergency room if I have to go.

SUPER THANKS

I don't know yet. I'm going back to AZ to get this all figured out the cheapest way (medicaid).

Hi,

It is possible what your experiencing is a migraine attack. I would suggest you to lie in quiet dark room, apply cold compresses to your neck, do some breathing exercises and take motrin for pain relief.
Wait and watch for a few hrs if there is no relief, please go the emergency as you may need n iv analgesic. Do keep us posted!

You need to help your body to build up your immune system. The breathing exercises - pranayam is a holistic approach creating extra oxygen supply in the body and will slowly help with the health problem.Do the pranayam to see the benefits.Build up your timing slowly.Do this now and the headache will start to ease.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.Drink warm water.

Bhastrika - Take a long deep breath into the lungs(chest not tummy) via the nose and then completely breathe out through the nose.Duration upto 5 minutes.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 30 minutes twice a day.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Anulom Vilom - Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 10 times
----
Only by doing you will benefit and will feel good that you can do something to help the body.Copy and print this to master the technique. This is  simplified pranayam for everyone and you do not have to go to classes to learn. This is for life unlike short term classes where you do it in the class then stop when classes are over.
