left side head pain when coughing the day after a migraine?

Last night I starting having strange vision issues in my right eye-like wherever I looked I could see what i would describe as the reflection of a fan in a glass table or window--weird and scary.  So, I decided to lay down and then ended up having a 2 and a half hour horrible migraine.   I found out today while researching in the web that the vision issue is common before a migraine and is called an aura, so that was a relief.
However---this morning i am feeling good  and then I sneezed and realized that the left side of my head hurt when I sneezed.  I coughed a few times on purpose and it hurts when I cough as well.   Can this happen the day after a migraine--head pain when coughing or sneezing?  I am worried and just want to make sure it isnt anything out of the ordinary.
I am 28 and have had now 3 migraines in about the last year.  I dont' recall having any previously, at least not as bad as the 3 this year.

I have suffered from migraines for 50 years. Starts with a shimmering aura that travels across my vision and then the headache starts. Yesterday I had 7 auras one right after another and today when I cough or sneeze the left side of my head really hurts. I have never had this before but I will give it a day before I call the doctor

I always get what I call -aftermath headaches following a migraine. When I stand up from sitting or lying down, if I sneeze, caugh, laugh, sing or move too quickly. They do go away  within a day or two.
