weird headache and visuals

I am 26 yrs old. For the past three years I have been dealing with migraines. I woke up one morning with the first one, also unable to move my neck.  The pain didn't go away for days so I went to the E.R.  Scan was clear, however the migraine medication didn't help.  It lasted 8 days.  I was unable to leave bed and could hardly stand to move.  I had many visual symptoms with this headache that lasted on and off for the following year.  I followed up with the clinic I go to and was diagnosed with depression (though I was certainly not) The next one hit suddenly (about 1 yr after the 1st), with vomiting.  Lasted 14 days!  Possibly more painful than the first one.  Went to E.R. and clinic for relief, but nothing worked.  After 14 days passed the majority of the symptoms went away, but up until this point (almost a year later) I have had a baseline headache that doesn't go away (often, it gets much worse!), a constant ocular migraine, and a lightheaded feeling. The ocular migraine consists of a black dot always darting around in my vision, streaks of light, static, movement trails, etc. My right eye also has different symptoms. My pupil has started changing it size.  Suddenly, along with a headache, my right pupil became huge (also color wash out and a shadow effect).  Went to E.R. and had a clear scan.  Medication didn't help the pain.  Followed up  with clinic and was diagnosed with depression again and practically made to try more antidepressants.  I was also given Neurontin for my numbness/tingling/pain that I have been having before the headaches even started because the problem had worsened and I was miserable.  I tried the medications only to hallucinate horribly. Pharmacist told me it was the medication mixture and doses and the doctor at the clinic said I was again, depressed.  I refused more meds. After too many E.R. visits my doctor finally set me up with a MRI, which came back fine.

So, now I'm left with a diagnosis of depression and have no idea what to do.  I have other health problems that my doctor is aware of, but does not see as connected.

The numbness/tingling is constant (has been since I was about 14 or so).  Using my hands for very long is very painful (typing this for example)

Digestive problems- many, many problems.  I have my gal bladder out, have had pancreatitis twice, Bile duct blockage and surgery to fix that, liver problems. I take on a gluten free, dairy free life to ease the stomach pains.

FATIGUE- I feel awful just about all of the time.

Muscle Spasms- sometimes very uncontrollable.  I've been unable to walk at times.

Skin Pain!

This is just a quick rundown because it's hard to stare at at my already dimly lit monitor.

Any Ideas what's going on?

I've also been to an optometrist.  I have new glasses, contacts, healthy eyes, though I was advised my optic nerves  look a little abnormal

Hi,
You seem to be under a lot of stress. Please relax yourself. What kind of work do you do?
Are you overweight? What medications are you currently on?
I would also suggest to get your thyroid tests done if not done already. I would suggest you to do some kind of physical activity every day, eat regularly, take a multivitamin supplement and see if these help.

Hi.

Based on your post, this is a wide array of symptoms and your scans are normal.

Have you been to an ophthalmologist to have your eyes checked?

Also, have you had blood tests done to rule out an underlying infection, bleeding disorders as well as hormone problems?

I suggest that you have an ophthalmologic examination done. An ENT evaluation may also help to determine any underlying involvement of these structures.

Have you bee assessed along this line?
