How can the VA justify denying my DIC application because they deemed his death not service connected? He denied in 1976, 7 years after leaving the army as a Green Beret medic in Viet Nam. He died of metastic hemangioendothelioma of the liver, which is a type of soft tissue sarcoma. Yet, the VA said that his death was not caused by a presumtive Agent Orange illness. Hemangioendothelioma is a soft tissue sarcoma. I'm very angry and confused. Please help me get the info I need to fight the VA.

Thank you,
