Mirena Removal

Ive Had My Mirena For 4 Years , i Got It When i was 16 prior to no children , i still have no children and Now Im 19 well i had my Mirena Took Out on Oct 1,2012 and Today is Oct 5, 2012 and ive had Medium bleeding since yestarday , i didnt have a period the entire time i was on mirena . . . Could This Be A Period Or Just A Bleeding Due To Removel (removal) and Also How Long Does It Take To Get Pregnant After Removel (removal) ?
Please Help Because The Doctors Sure Didnt
