Hi, I am also in the same boat.. I had miscarriage on 21st December and the bleeding completely stopped on 26th december, not even spotting..I again started bleeding on 19th of January...I am considering it my period as I read that any bleeding that comes after 20 days after your miscarriage bleeding is completely stopped is period.
N really sorry for your loss. I hope the answer helps.

it doesn't matter when you started bleeding before you lost all the tissue.
your period can come anytime between 2-6wks AFTER the bleeding has officially stopped.

You do not count that as your period.
I misscarried at 19 wks bled for three weeks then two weeks later I got a normal seven day period.
If ttc drs reccomend three cycles...
But I got pg after my first regular cycle it's not a bad thing. As soon as you have a period that's your body signal of saying everything is back to normal.
