10 week scan sowed 6 weeks no heart beat

I have had my first scan at 10 week that showed a 6 wk featus with no heart beat, I haven't had any bleeding or cramps and feel very pregnant. I am sure I can't be that far out on my dates.
This will be my 6th miscarriage (if that is what happens) after first having my 4 year old.
I have a chromosome abnormality called balanced translocation between 4 and 15, which means that some of my eggs produced will not make a baby, so I am under no illusions this time around.
However, although I dont want to one always feels a slight hope and would like to ask if anyone has been this out on their dates before? is it possible? or just to share your story, especially chromo abnormalities
Thanks for reading I will be very interested to her from anyone xx

Hi, can't help w/ the chromosomal abnormalities but I also think you should double check the dates, 6 weeks is a little early and it might be too soon to tell. I just had a missed m/c. My 15 week u/s showed an 8 week fetus with no heartbeat. I had no clue this had happened since I had no bleeding, cramping..etc. I hope you get good news about this. xoxo

i am not sure if i can hel but wanted to say i am sorry about your other losses. at 6 weeks it would not be a definite MC  there was no hearbeat visible. but the question is are you 6 weeks or 10 weeks? is your dr helping you date the pregnancy?  i had 3 MCs and my baby stopped growing at 12 weeks even though at 14 weeks I had no idea and no bleeding, etc. i wish you luck.
