I'm so sorry, I know exactly how you feel!  I have several friends who just had babies or were still pregnant with healthy babies.  I had SUCH a hard time dealing with it at first, but I knew that it was better off with what happened, and that I will bring another healthy baby into this world.  I have a 21 month old son, who brings SO much join into my life, but I just want another one.  I had a missed miscarriage, I was all set to tell work, then had some brown spotting.  I went in to get an exam and everything looked and felt great, the dr wasn't worried.  I couldn't get an ultrasound for a few days (as it was Thanksgiving the next day), then with the ultrasound we found that the baby was only 6 1/2 weeks, that's 5 weeks of no development.  Since I needed a D&C we waited one cycle to TTC and fell pregnant right away!  I'm almost 7 weeks along and scared to death!  We haven't "officially" told people yet, a few of my friends know who've been very supportive, and some family found out because they asked DH (UGh, SO annoyed with that!).

This time everything feels right, at my first apt at about 6 weeks we saw a flutter on the screen (it was hard to get a clear pic, but she thought that was the heartbeat), and my numbers were a strong 6 week number.  This past few days have been the hardest because I passed the mark where I lost the baby last time, but I've been strong, this baby is strong.

And your fertial enough, you got pregnant once, you'll get pregnant again!  I'm living proof!   And if you look out there, many women will have a miscarriage and go on to have a healthy baby afterworlds.  I wish you the best of luck, and hope you can get your little baby soon!

So sorry for your loss, I feel your pain. We've all been there, had a m/c on the 1st of Jan, what a way to start the new year! Anyway me and dh ttc right after the bleeding stopped, had my first af after the m/c on the 29th of Jan, then started a ovulation tracker on the forum! it really helps alot to calculate and date everything(I'm currently on dpo5), as soon as you get AF start by using opt every month starting at cd10, it really helps when ttc'ing. You are most fertile for the next 2- 3 months after a m/c! all the best to you!
